About the event
A chance to connect with a lactation consultant Emily Winters, IBCLC to ask feeding questions and chat with other parents in a similar season. A scale will be available for weights and you can bring your breast, bottle, pumping and solids questions!
Therapist Andrea Ott, LCPC, LCAC will share tips for self care and lead a mindfulness at the end of group!
